Purpose

sbndcode PR 81:
- add utility function to the pds map, along with commented examples
- provides a way to get a container that have the subset of the PDS Map that satisfy custom conditions.
sbndcode PR 83:
- tidy gen stage fcls
- fixed misleadingly named gen fcls responsible for issues in #82 and tidied fcls to simplify / reduce code duplication to hopefully avoid a similar issue occurring again in the future.
sbndutil PR 2:
- Updating production scripts for including CAFs in production
